An unknown virus has destroyed almost the entire population of the planet and the few survivors are forced to fight for their existence. We should also mention the original visual style of Dark Days: Survival Horror which gives a special atmosphere to the game, otherwise this is a classic zombie going day with an impressive Arsenal of weapons, possibilities of building and crafting.
