This is Oden Cart 4: Life Goes On, a small mobile kiosk where you can buy hot plates of hearty broth filled with various hand-picked ingredients ranging from daikon radish to tofu. The owner of this cart is Grandfather, a silent host who constantly serves food to all the constantly changing customers who find themselves next to one of the few empty seats in the cart.
