The Plot Who Are You, Mr. Cooper? tell us about the adventures of a Wilson Smith living in an industrial town called Scarem. Development starts from the moment of the explosion in the pub killed the best friend of the main character, but before dying, the man asks to find a certain Alexander Cooper, then Smith begin to hunt all the criminals of the city.
