City Island 5 - Tycoon Building Simulation Offline is the continuation of a series of urban simulation, where you have to go to a tropical Paradise and try to turn a small island settlement in a huge metropolis. Overall, the project performed in a familiar genre style build residential, entertainment facilities, industrial areas, earn money, and by all means try to make your residents happy. However, City Island 5 has an interesting feature, so you have to manage not one city, but a whole system of settlements scattered throughout the Islands.
